The Tronair 10-4036-0010 Lavatory Service Unit  provides a clean, sanitary means of servicing the aircraft lavatory system and transporting the waste fluid to the dump station.

Some important features are:

  • Easily maneuverable with towbar
  • Drain back system on fill hose to prevent fluid spillage
  • Storage tubes for storage of fill and dump hoses
  • Heavy duty fill and dump pumps
  • Fill and dump tanks made of non-corroding HD polyethylene material with UV inhibitor

Secures to the lower surface of the wing and nose, providing a load-bearing surface for the jacks. Wing pads ads are designed with a set of captured bolts to allow the mechanic to hold the pad in an inverted position without the bolts falling out. All jack pads are stressed to allow jacking when the aircraft is fueled. Refer to the aircraft maintenance manual for aircraft structural limitations. The TMAC was originally designed for a large US Air Force order for the Middle East with ambient design temperatures up to 120 ̊F. Normal commercial units are design to 100 ̊F. So this 30-ton has more cooling capacity than commercial units. Midway through order Air Force decided they want the next batch of units to be rated for 140 ̊F ambient. This became a different unit but because the purchasing was so good because of the high volume of this 30-ton, JBT decided to continue to make these great performing units and sell a better than all the rest commercial version of this 30-ton unit.

They kept many of the military specified items like spring mounted running gear, over sturdy frame, tie downs, fork lift pockets, input grid power capability to run units on electricity and dual output.

Unit Power:
The JP30 is powered by eight deep-cycle, six-volt commercial batteries, which are connected in series to provide 48-volts. These commercial batteries are easy to find in your local area. The batteries are charged from an onboard, automatic battery charger that operates on 115 VAC, 13 amps, 60 HZ. The charger can also be set up for 230 VAC Single Phase 50/60 HZ by changing easily accessible taps in the charger.

The JP30 comes with a 12/24/28-30 VDC power assist GPU to aid in starting small aircraft engines. The 12 foot output cable combined with either the Cessna/AN or Piper style 2 foot adapter plug gives a total reach of 14 feet.
